Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a software update to the current Department Sonitrol/Redwire access control system, provide ongoing and future hardware and software maintenance, training to the Department’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and other relevant Department staff in the operation of hardware and software, and any hardware and software installations required by the Department. Some costs for additional hardware installations may be billed in addition to the standard maintenance contract. Hardware is defined as all Sonitrol/Redwire readers, nodes, door locks, and other hardware required to provide secure access to the Turlington Building.
